Pros

Work life balance Pay & benefits

Cons

I could only stand to work there for just under 9 months. The pay and work life balance weren't enough to counterbalance the terribly toxic work environment. The manager is incompetent, lazy, and socially awkward. is rarely at work, but when at the office is bull in a china chop interjecting personal wants into programs/tasks that have been worked on for weeks and/or near completion, adding time and extra work with no benefit. The back stabbing and trash talking is at a level I've never seen before. This is a job for an already miserable person looking to make money doing nothing.
