      Pros

      This company had great benefits and wonderful people who work there. I was able to move up the ladder when I first started with the company which was a great benefit. Most of my supervisors were easy to work with and we got along well.

      Cons

      This is a large company and I felt it was easy to get lost among all the other employees. I felt like more like a number instead of a person. I did feel at some times in my employment that my thoughts and ideas on how to do my job were not important.

      Wonderful company for people who love food and the restaurant industry. Good place for first time experience in outside sales to learn the ropes

      A bit micro-managed from the center. Technology tends to supplant instincts if you are a more experienced sales person

      Pros

      People and most people desires to do the right things.

      Cons

      Once it went private things began to change and then it stopped being about people and all about the bottom line. I understand the bottom line focus but you can't throw out the baby with the bath water.
