Pros

work from home policy, 401 k match, Rosemont office location

Cons

let a lot of people go due to COVID 19. not that it's their fault but they weren't super transparent until the end. the selections of people who got to stay did not make sense. they have a cultural mantra of "talk straight" but it seemed to be lacking. also some managers REALLY micromanage things. Had a few run ins with people in charge being disrespectful because of who you were and didn't live up to the cultural values of what the company has in place.

Pros

Pay was good and loved my job

Cons

Way too many corporate politics that truly show they could care less about loyal employees or divisions who make great numbers...these layoffs are awful...and when they tested "pods" before it faile miserably. Why they chose to try again just feels like corporate greed.
