Culture has been shattered by current Leadership/CEO

Pros

The people within the area are great to work alongside, The benefits are just okay, but otherwise very few pros in the current environment.

Cons

Culture has gone backwards significantly since Flitman joined and it's widely known. The pressure to perform and hit targets in a down market is unrealistic. They keep taking away work/life balance and eliminating entire teams every other month. There has been far more layoffs within the last year but the org announcements are so vague. More and more jobs are going overseas and they expect the employees here to keep performing at a high level while dealing with more work and a higher difficulty of getting things done. There's 3 consultants on board that are working to mirror PFG and ruining what was a good company.

Poor Leadership on All Levels

Pros

Pay is pretty good, especially once you get past entry level.

Cons

Long hours. They talk a good “diversity” game, but fall short in reality. They also get rid of the “good” leaders who actually care about you and are fair. The remain ones play favorites and are liars. Sales Team might be racists and ARE sexists!
