Pros

Generally the people are nice, the pay is good.

Cons

Awful PTO, pretty high turnover in some of the finance positions. Company is pushing returning to the office 3 days per week when everyone was happy with 2 days per week, and we don't get to choose what days so there is a major lack of flexibility there. Certain team members are fully remote while others aren't, so there is a lack of fairness.

Pros

The people are great (not leadership)

Cons

- Leadership lies. - Too much work put on people with terrible pay. Ask them about all the labor lawsuits they were hit with during Covid. - New CEO is literally running the company into the ground. - They fire good employees if they make too much money. - Use "culture" as an excuse for not paying people a living wage. Literally told us "we don't want to just throw money at you to make you happy". - Men fail upwards here.

Pros

Nice coworkers, that’s about it.

Cons

Failed leadership, retaliatory senior staff, overloaded on work, low salary, HIGH pressure with non stop pressure to meet goals that are not communicated. It’s a disaster
