      Pros

      Great quality of products for foodservice industry. Good benefits. Good training.

      Cons

      Way too much paperwork for simple task or request. Changing sales pay to "enhance" the work experience and provide more "stability". Oh, sure.

      Pros

      Flexible. Will allow you to change around your schedule from time to time. PTO, medical/dental are great.

      Cons

      Training is non existent. Your put in a position and expected to wing it. Many of the s supervisors are new, and don't have the training or skills they need. Senior leaders point fingers at these new supervisors when things go wrong. Office areas are understaffed and overworked. The place has been going downhill since a strike 2 years back. Lost a bunch of customers and continue to lose them.
