Pros
I believe the biggest "pro" is compensation. The compensation plan did just change for the first time in almost 15 years and it has been a bit of a challenge for us TM's in figuring out how we will get paid. Health care is fantastic.
Cons
It is a very non-diverse environment. POC and women are outnumbered by a huge percentage. There are no women or POC in management on the sales team throughout the entire street division of Metro NY. Prospecting can be difficult for this minority group; sexual harassment is very real in this industry. You are expected to walk into doors that you don’t know what is behind. Other employees often tell women that they either won’t make it or that they will only succeed because of their looks. They are also not paid equally.
