      The sales teams are lacking any kind of vision, strategies, or SOPs. This in turns makes the job feel like a swim or sink scenario on a regular basis.

      The pay was good but not worth it!

      Cons

      When someone leaves they will pawn their job onto you and not pay you more nor hire anyone to take on that job! They overwork their employees and don’t care about them! Management doesn’t even know the ins and outs of the jobs they are overseeing. They have a high turnover rate! They do not hire within! So if you’re looking for hopes to climb the ladder that’s a no go!! They only hire out for management jobs!
