      Pros

      Stable work environment. Decent equipment. Co-workers are great people. Pay for delivery drivers is competitive with the rest of the industry and probably exceeds that of some non-food related LTL companies.

      Cons

      Lack of upward mobility within the company for drivers. Pay for relay drivers is not competitive. On average, relay drivers earn from $10K -$20K less than delivery drivers. Shortage of drivers at the Charlotte division means securing time off outside of scheduled vacation is next to impossible. Transportation management is wholly unconcerned with the concerns of drivers that work out of the smaller drop-sites.
