      Pros

      salary is ok unless you figure out you are selling out your health and piece of mind for a buck

      Cons

      warehouse division works against drivers, trying to make the job as hard as possible, routing dept. i am assuming just doesn't care as long as the deliveries are all routed, they also play favorites. management talks a good game but doesn't back it up and can be quite inept

      Pros

      People and most people desires to do the right things.

      Cons

      Once it went private things began to change and then it stopped being about people and all about the bottom line. I understand the bottom line focus but you can't throw out the baby with the bath water.

      Freedom to manage your time, schedule and days. Enjoyable relationships with customers.

      Cons

      Pretty much on call 24/7 and 365. Customers seem to think you are at their disposal if you let them. Sales numbers can be hard to reach per competition.
