Overtime opportunities. There are three easy days a week.

Cons

You have no choice as to which days you work or how many hours you work in a week. Takes to long to become regular. Not enough pay for the workload, no benefits.

Pros

Never work on holidays or Sundays. The people who work for the company are all pretty close. There is definitely a good sense of community. The money is good enough to support a family even though it is a part time job.

Cons

It's a part time job so you don't get sick leave, benefits or vacation time. The day after the holiday is a nightmare and being a sub you will always be working on that day. The hours can be very long because rca subs are taken advantage of. The schedule changes constantly and NEVER plan on having a day off. The only way to go full-time is if someone retires or transfers and NOBODY wants to do either. The average wait to go full-time is in the area of about 15 years.
