Pros

They have a decent pay start where you could make enough money to get you started.

Cons

It feels like a sweatshop, like working on a plantation. They make you work long and hard hours were they try and work you hard for every little dollar they pay you. NO DAY"S OFF! if you let them bully you or treat you like you have no choice. This is the only negative thing that I notice that I didn't like.

Pros

The job was very fast paced.

Cons

As an RCA, there was never a set work schedule. As an employee, you would constantly have to call to see if you were working the next day.
