Pros

Annual leave/Sick leave builds up if you can hold onto it after a few years. If MGT is good, your good. Varies per office. Cycled days off weekly. Can eventually move to office closer to home. And switch routes from walking only to in the car only or mixed etc. Pay is decent OT varies per office.

Cons

Start off as an assistant working sundays (even every day) for 2-4y ubtil a regular. Routes/Mgt can beat you mentally/physically. Seniority there is ridiculous, 15y somehwere is good but there its barely anything. Wont always get your vaca week you really want Always will work Christmas month (not day) The faster you are the more work you are given.
