Stressful, but rewarding.

Pros

- You don't need a gym membership. - Pay is VERY good. Better than majority of the jobs out there. And it goes up every year! - Amazing benefits (401k, Medical, Dental, Vision, etc.) - Friendly Co-Workers - Tenants can be generous and fun to get to know.

Cons

- Expect to be tired and sore after every shift. Its a very active job. - Be ready to deal with managers who will be on you about delivering mail EXACTLY at 8 hours or less. - Some tenants do not care about the state of their yard, which can be frustrating if you want to deliver their mail. - Be ready to work on your days off and expect requests off to be more difficult to request if you are new.
