Pros

Great pay, regular employees very helpful and nice, sharing knowledge and tips on how to perform at your best. Once you learn the various operations you become more self sufficient.

Cons

I'm over 50 so it's Physical for me - but with rest, balanced diet and body care you can adjust to it.

Pros

Steady employment. Decent wages. Plenty of room for improvement and advancement.

Cons

20% of the workers perform 80% of the work. Many of the works are dedicated toward doing a great job, however the is a typical government mentality that the company owes the worker the money, the job, the days off, etc and many of the employees are just there to collect the check without performing good work.

Pros

Good people, job purpose, USPS at every house every day. It was a pleasure to work with all of them.

Cons

Hired too many people for equipment (vehicles) and available mail. Vehicles 27 years old need to purchase new vehicles.
