Pros

You will always have overtime pay (whether you want it or not) because they are severely understaffed, pay is reliable Plenty of solo time

Cons

You will work 50+ hrs/week, 7 days a week. Your family will miss you because you work HOLIDAYS WITHOUT HOLIDAY PAY, weekends (YES, Sundays too), and you will likely suffer from blistered feet, sore knees, aching back/shoulders, and carpal tunnel within 2 months.
