Pros

If you work over 40 hours and it is actual hours the pay is good. The benefits are good only when you become full-time.

Cons

The pay is based on the evaluation of the route. 7 days a week work days. Raises are suppose to be yearly but this is not true. I worked there for three years without a single raise and it is suppose to be automatic. Newly hired employees would start earning more than me. It is seniority based so you might be a sub or part-time employee for 8 to 10 years before making it full-time. Part-time only means that you don't have your own route and you can be working any where from 20 to over 60 hours a week.
