Pros

Great pay-$15.63 per hour Great coworkers Hours are decent during the holiday season No uniform when you first start And that's about it

Cons

When I first started this job everyone told me about the long hours and the hard work, so I was prepared for that, but no one told me about the lying managers, the disrespectful postmaster and mangers, and that hours are not guaranteed after the holiday seasons. The coworkers are great and make the job easier, but the management is horrible. They talk to employees, and customers, any kind of way. I've even heard the postmaster call someone stupid. No one seems to know for sure what they are doing. Maybe it's just my station, but I wouldn't recommend this job as a career and I've had seasoned employees to tell me to stick to school and find something better.

You are going to work your behind off. I don't think anything can really prepare you for it.
