Pros

Great pay, nice break rooms with pool tables/arcades etc. Most of the coworkers are happy to help you out when you are confused.

Cons

Short breaks..by the time you get to the break room its almost over, older coworkers feel threatened by the younger groups and tend to not lend a helping hand.

Pros

Easy work, laid back environment

Cons

People that have career positions cry about how this place sucks. Yet they make double what temporary employees make and they work half as much.

Pros

pay, benefits, and the carriers you work with are generally good things. Working outdoors has its ups and downs, but I like it.

Cons

Management is hit or miss. The demands are rigorous. Put your head down and work and maybe you will go regular in a couple of years. Most don't make it that long.
