Pros

Meet some great people working there.

Cons

Management is completely incompetent. One hand never knows what the other is doing. Management does not like to be challenged in the slightest way or they will cut your hours even if it means they will become short staffed. They always go after the CCAs because they can't mess with the regulars.

Pros

It’s good for your health that’s for sure. Very active environment. Very fast paced. Great pay.

Cons

Almost every con you can think of. You’re rushed, yelled at, your employees talk badly about your performance when you put in maximum effort. Management is bad. Very bad. They’re severely understaffed constantly and cannot keep employees. Just don’t do it.
