Starting out

Pros

Starting out as a regular, your base is around 25 and hour, but you get raises twice a year, as well as an annual cost of living adjustment. Staying with USPS, your able to climb pretty quickly. Benefits are very good as well.

Cons

It sometimes takes a while to make get on full time. All carrier positions are internally filled, from the hired position of Rural Carrier Assistant.
