Pros

Pay...that's it. You get hired quickly. Their interview process is a joke.

Cons

Career employees are rude, lack of proper training, hours are horrible. The hours are more geared towards being convenient for Career employees. Don't expect to get a weekend off. You work 6 days a week. The only way you will have a life is if you work overnight at a plant. No benefits for a year. No vacation.
