The position is a great place where younger people can start a career.

Pros

I worked in the city of STL as a floating PSE and got about 50 hours per week and would take home anywhere between 1500-1800 every two weeks. Sometimes more sometimes less. I left just before 3 years when I was going to get converted to a career employee for a high paying commission career in auto sales. Was definitely worth the move. It would have took much longer to make 6 figures in the Postal Service and I couldn't wait any longer.

Cons

The wait to become career as a PSE can be anwhere between 1-3 years depending on where you're at. They moved me around to different post offices in the city and south county also.
