Pay raises are guaranteed based on how long you work there or what job you move up into.

Cons

Basically no one has their job based on skill, it is only how long they have been there. As a pse, your schedule is changing constantly in terms of location and hours to fill in where they need help and it usually takes the full 18 months to move up to career. Often 2 and 4am start times with heavy manual labor.

Good pay I guess once you become regular, nice coworkers at times

Cons

Supervisors are on a power trip, as a PSE you really are expected to work as if you’re in a sweat shop, hours suck, they can make you work overtime

No pros AT ALL horrible job

Cons

Horrible management, horrible scheduling (i would go to work at 1 am and not get off until 5:30 pm sometimes), no days off, work EVERY holiday except christmass, regulars are teated like royalty mean while pse do all the work with no days off insane hours and plenty ii’s
