Pros

good benefits, decent pay, good work hours, can save leave from year to year, which will result in a large payout as a way to say goodbye.

Cons

No pay raises for the fourth year in a row. This is poor planning on the part of the service. People are tired of being hit with more costs and no raises to go with the increases.
