Pros

Fellow employees are pleasant to work with, Overtime after 8 hours a day OR 40 hours a week. Double time after 10 hours a day, night pay variable after 6pm. 60 hour a week limit

Cons

Significant pay cut from a mandatory position change from TE to CCA, Management will talk to you daily if you are 5 minutes over their projected route completion time, work 6 days a week, not being able to take days off for vacations even though you have plenty of PTO, The schedule changes daily so you can not plan out your week because the schedule can and will change at a moments notice, working outside in extreme weather and unsafe conditions
