Pros

Pay is not as advertised but still a good wage. Good if you like working midnights. Overtime is available if you want to work.

Cons

No insurance for 360 days and the supervisors do not know how to do their jobs. Schedule is post late and two days off together rarely happens. Union and management do not agree on anything. Hours are all nights without ever becoming a day job.
