Pros

Pay is good at the upper end of "craft" (the ones who do the real work) positions in relation to education requirement (H.S. diploma).

Cons

1930's style (top down) management approach. Military/quasi police style approach to employees. No offense to either organization (we don't deal in life or death situations like THEY do), we deliver letters and packages.

An opportunity to serve the people in this country as a Postal worker was an honor I shall live with for the rest of my life.
