Pros

Decent pay, good hours, minimal micro-managing

Cons

Underpaid for the duties your performing, very physically demanding, no holiday pay, no benefits, no 401k, no advancement opportunities, no paid time off, promotions are by senority only, 6 day a week work schedule so getting things done outside of work is near impossible.
