Not a great place to be currently employed at.

Pros

Benefits are ok, or at least use to be. Work/life balance is good.

Cons

Most of the benefits I came I with have been reduced or altered in some way so new employees may not be quite as lucky. Long term salary freezes, caps placed on promotion increases, and increasing workload have made the morale low, and worker motivation reflects this. Too many managers, not enough workers. Policy changes that don't make a lot of sense which seem to be intended to encourage people to look for other employment.
