Pros

money is good, but not worth it. You can have a better life elsewhere.

Cons

Management think they are superior... they don't treat you well while you do all the work. Hours could be from say 4 to 40 a week... may not even be 4. You are treated like crap.... management get their full time status, pay, bonuses, and more while you do all the work Too many different crafts within the same building.... too many favoritism going on between postmasters and carriers. Too many different rules that are better for one craft over another. Management/postmasters put down their employees who are dedicated to work! Nothing will please them. If you laid off work, complain alot, undedicated... you get ahead that way. Postal service wants mean managers.
