Pros

Union shop, guaranteed step increases, rarely manadatory overtime.

Cons

If there are some staff that want to make things better, there are superiors ensuring that it won't happen. Christmas is a mandatory overtime timeframe.

Pros

Get paid an extra 0.8% of your salary when working between the hours of 6pm and 6 am, they refer to it as night premium, can easily impress supervisors and earn overtime.

Cons

Nothing will be set such as schedule and what you will be doing and days off. Also, no benefits until 1 year and even that is not guaranteed.
