Pros

Good salary ranges considering the type of work involved

Cons

Each postal facility is a musical chairs game with no postmaster or supervisor staying in one place for very long. There is a real push for trying to find anything to blame on employees. I certainly understand the need for efficiency, but it is obvious that you want some to retire and cant' find any other way to do it. This is not your parents postal service. Do not go here if you are looking for a career! Worker beware!
