Pros

Health insurance is good thats about it

Cons

Don't pay us enough to tolerate management. Management is the worst, they treat you like slave labor and actually expect to work for free.

Pros

Thorough training, nice base pay, and federal job on a resume, and you fight to beat the time rather than sit and watch it go by.

Cons

Very stressful, strict time constraints, sporadic work loads, and Christmas is a very tough time of year.
