Pros

Great Benifits, plenty of vacation and sick time. Flexibly schedule when needed with understanding management. Opportunities to increase income with overtime offered.

Cons

One of the biggest cons with working for the united states postal service were the early hours, with my tour begining at 3:30am.

Pros

gender equality is very important and there is always fairness in the government. Some people may not agree, but this has not been my experience

Cons

salary is a big issue. For the amount of work and responsibility, that I carry, I feel I could make more in private industry.
