Pros

$17.40 HR, based on the route assigned, it will take time but if your managers will get you trained and more hours will come your way, union, and if your prior military once you get full time the pay gets better. You spend most of your time on your own.

Cons

Union, stress, vehicles are old, no a/c, the public drive around you with little to no concern.
