Pros

Pay is pretty good for just needing a high school diploma or GED. If you choose to do overtime you are very well compensated.

Cons

Very hard work. You never know if you will actually get to have your scheduled day off or not, they sometimes call you on your day off saying you have to come in.the only way way to secure your day off is by using your annual leave in conjunction with your day off. That's a waste of your time you could have spent on a vacation

Pros

Good pay, lots of hours, good benefits

Cons

No time to have a social/personal life. Literally have to work 6-7 days a week for months until you start to complain.
