Not really any. The pay is ok but honestly you should make more considering all the work & wear & tear on your body. You build commodore w/ other a rca’s because you all apart of the same nightmare.

Cons

Horrible management, wear & tear on body, no work life balance (6 days per week, over 10 hours), over worked & under appreciated.
