      Good Company Crappy Management

      Pros

      Most of the on-site staff members are nice and helpful, the company provides training and pays well. They also do a lot of non-profit work, they have the JB-Brown award which helps send people to college. Most companies would not do this. They work for seniors and families in need with organizations.

      Cons

      There are people in the regional roles that should never be a regional. They are rude, physically assault their staff however the staff are to scared to come forward, there is no confidentiality in regards to HR so any issue that is brought up will get back to other people. Upper management does not respect their employees and this company went from a family oriented company to a for profit company with no regards to family.

      Pros

      What I love most about this company is that they do good for the community not only with the base of the business but also provide employee volunteer opportunities to improve the surrounding communities. The pay and benefits are excellent. Opportunities for advancement or lateral movement. Company has tuition reimbursement program for employees as well. Awesome company partners and CEO.

      Cons

      The company has changed from a family type feeling to corporate and politics which get in the way of employee morale.

      Pros

      Many individual contributors are nice people.

      Cons

      Has become an increasingly hostile work environment where employees are afraid of bringing up issues or concerns. There is a lot of political posturing and many poor decisions have been made, resulting in great instability. Employees' confidence in leadership has plummeted and their confidence in themselves has also suffered, which is really unfortunate. Definitely cannot recommend this employer unless some major changes occur.
