      Toxic Environment w/ Poor Middle Management at Corporate

      Pros

      Great non-management employees. The business itself is doing well.

      Cons

      High turnover. Multiple HR complaints to the same managers over 5 years, yet nothing happens. Office politics everywhere. Emphasis on keeping the business running over employee morale and autonomy. Poor management with toxic management styles and the inability to see people for their strengths and weaknesses. Rather, they push their own personal work philosophies and methodologies onto you. Regarding senior management, as long as you're still getting work done, they could care less about the toxic environment you are in.

      Great Company for on site management not for corporate

      love the environment and people. Salaries are competitive and benefits are good. Company offers more holidays then most companies

      new president is focusing on change that may effect current employees

      Great pay, great benefits, compliance department is good at responding back to e-mails and other means of comunication

      Cons

      Other than the company being good, my co-workers were rude. The property manager and assistant manager. They were really hard to work with because they always had bad attitudes.
