      Pros

      Great co-workers, in-depth training, good location.

      Cons

      Company has gone through too many changes, North Jersey Media Group, Gannett, localiq, reachlocal, it's just too confusing internally and externally. A dying print business trying to capitalize on digital advertising landscape.

      Could do worse, but the outlook is bleak

      Pros

      Used to be a very fun, casual environment. Still relatively laid back and pays pretty well depending on the book of business.

      Cons

      As the company has struggled, they have tightened the reigns on reps and added pointless work. No accountability from senior leadership about the terrible product decisions they have made. Several layoffs and likely more to come.
