Thank you for your feedback. We acknowledge the importance of competitive pay and benefits for our employees and are focused on better business outcomes and increased revenue as we work to make changes that are necessary. Over the past year, we have made progress in maturing our compensation practices, increasing transparency, and we have updated our market data to identify roles that may be compensated below market. That change effort has impacted a majority of increase-eligible employees. The market-level compensation improvement objective represents a multi-year process that will continue in subsequent years as business conditions and continued performance allow.

Thank you for your feedback. Our teams are committed to fulfilling their responsibilities to the diverse groups we serve. When employees are set up for success, our operations run smoothly, and our business prospers. Goal setting and workforce planning are integral parts of our annual process for senior leaders. As organizational changes occur, these plans are reassessed. Leaders communicate goals and priorities to their teams, and we encourage proactive dialogue if employees feel overwhelmed or unclear. Our organization has successfully navigated a changing industry. We help employees learn from and contribute to diverse roles, initiatives, and groups according to their interests. We invest in resources for skill development, competencies, and certifications within or beyond current job areas. While some job families have clear paths for upward advancement, many career journeys take linear or alternative tracks, and we aim to support both. It is disappointing to hear that your objectives were not met in our environment. Your comments will be considered as we refine our approaches.
