Thank you for your feedback. We acknowledge the importance of competitive pay and benefits for our employees and are focused on better business outcomes and increased revenue as we work to make necessary changes. Over the past year, we have made progress in maturing our compensation practices, increasing transparency, and updating our market data to identify roles that may be compensated below market. That change effort has impacted a majority of increase-eligible employees. The market-level compensation improvement objective represents a multi-year process that will continue in subsequent years as business conditions and continued performance allow.

Thank you for your feedback. Gannett works hard to offer a competitive and inclusive benefits portfolio. The benefits programs are evaluated on an annual basis, and we strive to offer a variety of options to meet the needs of our diverse employee population. We encourage employees to reach out with specific benefits questions to ensure they have access to the full options that may be available to meet their specific needs.

Pros

Benefits are decent if you take advantage of the full match.

Cons

Hard work will get you nowhere. Best to do less and just agree with the boss about everything so you're not seen as a threat.
