Thank you for your feedback. We acknowledge the importance of competitive pay and benefits for our employees and are focused on better business outcomes and increased revenue as we work to make changes that are necessary. Over the past year, we have made progress in maturing our compensation practices, increasing transparency, and have updated our market data to identify roles that may be compensated below market. That change effort has impacted a majority of increase-eligible employees. The market-level compensation improvement objective represents a multi-year process that will continue in subsequent years as business conditions and continued performance allow.
