Very high pressure. Lots of time spent in office, holidays and weekends

Some great co-workers and interesting system & device challenges (albeit antiquated technologies).

Cons

Many. Very political and stuck in 1990s mentality. Company let's go of good, innovative, creative employees and retains those who follow the status quo. Soul-sucking.
