Company is driven to cater to its customer base.

Cons

Lack of understanding and prioritization of resources as well as missing the mark on employee educational and career development. On-boarding and training inefficient. Due to the lack of candor, passive aggressiveness dominates many environments.

Pros

Very decent benefits including a free Costco membership and lunch paid for every other Friday.

Cons

It was amazing until theyerged with cantaloupe two years ago. CS is toxic and favoritism is rampant now. Management hires friends that are a priority.
