Some great co-workers and interesting system & device challenges (albeit antiquated technologies).

Cons

Many. Very political and stuck in 1990s mentality. Company let's go of good, innovative, creative employees and retains those who follow the status quo. Soul-sucking.

No Job Security, once moved to bench they need to find another project within 3 months else will get terminated.
