Pros

Overall the company structure is strong. I love the mission and the most of the people work hard and are really caring.

Cons

There are no checks an balances for mid-level leadership. You'll either get a really great leader that knows what they are doing (they are usually bullied and leave) or an awful leader that has no knowledge and will be angry if you know more or make you do all the work without moving you up. If you want to succeed you have to be a yes person and not make too many ripples. They say they want to know their compliance risks but if you say them out load you will be targeted and will never be promoted. I've seen it over and over. Their compliance projects are run by idiots. Meanwhile the people that can actually fix the problems and/or voice them are hushed so that the idiots don't "look bad" to senior leadership. Senior leaders are smart and usually the easiest to talk to but the mid-level leaders undermine much of the progress to look good to the top.
