Pros

- Great work life balance - Supportive peers - Great learning right out of college

Cons

- Slow moving - Boring sometimes when nothing new to do - Business requirements don't get vetted properly and developers have to pick up the burden. Then they still expect us to deliver code/product on time. - No promotion cycles recently.

Pros

Good people to work with. Leadership is still figuring things out and it's frustrating for employees. Leaders do not know how to preform their job. However, for a III or II engineer, I learned a lot without a tradition CS background and very grateful for the experience.

Cons

Technology migration is very slow. Red tape everywhere. Innovation is almost non-existent - very unfortunate since they fill 1000s of patents and do not have more teams working on the solutions.
