Pros

Fantastic benefits, tuition program, development and growth opportunities, onsite facilities, top of the line technology, professional employees, and morale building initiatives to show employees that the company truly cares for their well being. You name it, the company has it all!

Cons

Some perceive the environment to be a a little bit of a big brother watching you environment. I figure if your not doing anything wrong, then it should not be a problem.

Pros

USAA is a great place to work and really focuses on its military customers. It has a strong culture and great benefits. It is a great environment for project managers; a project manager can learn a great a lot working at this company. It has repeatedly made the top places to work lists, and deservedly so.

Cons

The culture can sometimes be kind of insular, especially for employees who have never worked anywhere else.
